If your item is up to 5 business days, it is ready to ship from our showroom in Dubbo, NSW. Once your order is placed, it will be processed and prepared for shipping within 14 business days from the date your order.
Standard Lead Time
If your item’s lead time is up to 14 business days, it is ready to ship from our supplier’s warehouse. Once your order is placed, it will be processed and prepared for shipping within 14 business days from the date your order.
Special Order
If your item’s lead time is up to 2 - 18 weeks, it is a special item that will be carefully sourced to order from our suppliers. This includes Made-to-Order items. Once your order is placed, it will be processed and prepared for shipping from our showroom in Dubbo once we receive it from our supplier.
Pre-Order
If your item’s lead time is pre-order, it is currently out of stock and the month displayed is an estimated of its arrival at our supplier’s warehouse. This date does not include delivery time. The lead time will be updated when the item has returned to stock.
